đ Accessing SMS Templates
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on SMS Template.

4. You will present at the SMS Template builder.

đ How to Create a new SMS Template
5. Click on the '+ symbol.

6. Enter a custom heading for your template.

7. Access the Message section and personalise your SMS message by entering and customising its content.

8. Utilise the mail merge fields located on the left side by double-clicking on the desired field to insert it into your message where applicable.

9. Select Save to complete and finalise this process.

âšī¸ Please be aware that you have the option to designate an SMS Template as a default, which can be found under the Message section. Checking this box for an SMS Template implies that it will be the default message sent out for appointment reminders, provided you haven't already configured a default template in the User Preferences section for Appointments.
đ How to Edit a SMS Template
10. Click on the drop-down arrow to reveal the available options.

11. Click on your preferred template from the available options to select it for editing.

12. Click on the pencil icon to begin editing your selected template.

13. The message field is now available for editing. Make your changes where relevant to customise your message.

14. Select Save to complete and finalise this process.

đ How to Delete a SMS Template
15. Click on the drop-down arrow to reveal the available options.

16. Click on your preferred template from the available options to select it for deletion.

17. Click on the '-'symbol.

18. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the selected SMS Template.
