π Accessing COVIU-Telehealth
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Integrations.

4. Click on Coviu β Telehealth.

βΉοΈ If you're interested in integrating your telehealth appointments with MediRecords through Coviu, simply click the Connect to Coviu tile. You'll be redirected to Coviu's webpage, where you can sign up to proceed with the setup. Once you have a Coviu account, return to the Connect to Coviu tile in MediRecords and click again to sign in. This will connect your Coviu account to MediRecords where you can then follow the subsequent steps to add your providers as telehealth users. 5. Click on Configure Telehealth Users.

6. Begin by entering the username of the person you intend to add.

7. Click to select your choice from the list of names displayed below.

βΉοΈ Remember, you'll need to repeat these steps when onboarding new Providers to your Practice.
8. Select Save to finalise and apply the changes made.
