đ Accessing Clinical Templates
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Resources.

3. Click on Clinical Templates.

4. Upon accessing the Clinical Templates section, you will be presented with a grid list displaying Active templates by default.

đ How to Preview a Clinical Template
5. Select the checkbox adjacent to the clinical template to preview it.

6. Click on the Preview option situated above the Grid list.

7. Once selected, the preview mode of the template will appear. To close the preview, simply click the 'x' symbol.

đ Switching Clinical Template Status between Inactive and Active
8. To deactivate a template, select the checkbox adjacent to the clinical template.

9. Click on the Status option situated above the Grid list.

10. Click on Deactivate.

âšī¸ The action of switching between statuses is specific to the user initiating it and doesn't affect the entire practice. If other users need to make templates inactive, they must follow these steps individually.
11. To activate a template, click on the Filter option positioned above the grid list.

12. Tick the box for Inactive.

13. Select the checkbox adjacent to the clinical template.

14. Click on the Status option situated above the grid list.

15. Click on Activate.

đ Searching and Requesting a Template
16. Utilise the search field above the grid list to search by template name, facilitating easier navigation and finding specific templates.

17. To enquire about requesting a template, simply click on Request Template.

18. A new window will open, redirecting you to our MediRecords website. Fill out the form and click Request Contact. Our dedicated team will then reach out to you to discuss further.
