🎓 Accessing Heidi-AI Scribe Integration
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Integrations.
4. Select the toggle to enable the setting.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear, indicating that Heidi AI Scribe is now accessible.
🎓 Set up your Heidi widget
6. Heidi AI Scribe icon is now visible under the Clinical tab in the Patient Record
7. To integrate and use this feature, you’ll need to set up your Heidi widget. Click Continue to proceed in a new window.
ℹ️ You'll be redirected to the Heidi website to complete your registration. If you're creating a new account for the first time, please skip to Step 10.
8. If you already have a Heidi account, enter your email address and select Sign in with email.
9. Enter your password, then click Continue to proceed.
ℹ️ Once you've successfully logged in, you can proceed directly to step 24.
10. If you don't have an existing account with Heidi, click Create one.
11. Enter your first and last name.
12. Enter your email address. While a work email is preferred for Heidi, personal emails are also accepted.
13. Select your specialty in the Specialty field.
14. Check the box to accept Heidi's Terms and Conditions.
15. Click on Join for free to continue.
ℹ️ Navigate to your email inbox and retrieve the one-time code that was sent to you.
16. Enter your unique code.
17. Click on Verify your email to proceed.
18. Set your password and click Continue to confirm.
19. Check Accept policies.
20. Click on Continue.
21. Heidi offers a 30-day free trial. Click Start 30-day free trial to continue.

22. Click on Start trial.
23. Click on Use Heidi on your integration.
ℹ️ You will need to navigate back to MediRecords to use the widget integration.
24. Click on the Heidi AI Scribe icon in the Clinical tab of the patient record.
25. You are now logged in, and the Heidi AI Scribing widget is ready for use.
