๐Accessing Clinical Drawings
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Resources.

3. Click on Clinical Drawings.

4. Review the Clinical Drawings grid list.

โน๏ธ The grid list contains templates shared by the community, available to all MediRecords users
๐ Creating and Uploading Clinical Drawing Templates
5. Click on New Clinical Drawing.

6. Click on the Category Field to choose from the available category options.

7. Choose from the available options.

8. Select the Name Field and input a custom name for this Clinical Drawing template.

9. Click on the Type field to choose from the available options.

10. Choose from the available options.

11. Select the Share field to choose whether your selection pertains to Private or Practice

12. Choose from the available options.

โน๏ธ When selecting Private, only you, as the uploader, will have access to the content. Opting for Practice will make the content accessible to all users within your practice.
13. Select the Gender field to choose from the available options.

14. Choose from the available options.

15. Click on the Upload image box to upload your template to MediRecords.

16. You can click and drag to reposition.

17. Click on Done to confirm.

18. Type in a description.

19. Click on Save to confirm.

๐ Editing your Private or Practice shared Clinical Drawings
20. Utilise the search bar above the grid to find and select the specific Clinical Drawing you want to edit.

21. Alternatively, click the filter option to narrow down your search.

22. Filter by Private or Practice shared documents to locate the specific Clinical Drawing you want to edit.

23. Select the checkbox beside the Clinical Drawing you want to edit.

24. Click on Edit Clinical Drawing above the grid list.

25. Make the necessary changes where applicable.

26. Select Save to finalise and apply the changes made.

๐ Preview a Clinical Drawing
27. Check the box next to the entry you want to preview.

28. Select Preview located above the grid list.

29. Preview will appear.

30. Click on x symbol to close.

๐ Managing Clinical Drawing Status
31. Click on the Status option located above the grid list to deactivate.

32. Click on Deactivate.

โน๏ธ Upon deactivation, the item will be hidden under the Inactive filter.
33. To activate an inactive entry, click on the Filter option located above the grid list.

34. Check the box corresponding to Inactive.

35. Check the box next to the entry you wish to activate.

36. Click on Update Status.

37. Click on Activate.
