Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you access and generate dashboards and reports across the Patients, Business, Financial, and Population Health sections. Youโll learn how to use filters, select providers or practices, and export results to PDF or Excel. A summary of each report category is included to assist in selecting the right dashboard or report.

๐ An Overview and Description of the Various Dashboards and Reports Available

1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.
2. Click on Reporting.
โน๏ธ If you donโt see this option in the navigation menu, it means your Security Role does not currently grant access. Please contact a user with the Practice Owner role to enable this permission for you.
3. Choose the tile that best matches the type of report you wish to generate.

Patients: Dashboards and detailed tables focused on patient demographics.
Business: Insights into operational metrics, including average patient wait times.
Financial: Reports covering financial aspects such as sales, expenses, and outstanding balances.
Population Health: Data on patients segmented by age, gender, location, and chronic conditions.
Intelligence Dashboard: This section is no longer accessible or in use.
๐ Generating a Dashboard
Please note that all dashboards are generated using the same process; however, each displays data specific to its category. Below is an example demonstrating the steps for one of them.
4. Click on the tile that corresponds to your chosen dashboard.
5. Review the information displayed on your dashboard.
6. Select Filter to explore the various available options.
7. Select the option that applies from the choices given.
8. Click on Export.
9. Choose to export to PDF or Excel.
10. Click the down arrow to access additional reports within the section.
11. Choose your preferred option from the displayed choices.
12. Click the back arrow to return to the main section.
Please note that all reports are generated using the same process; however, each displays data specific to its category. Below is an example demonstrating the steps for one of them.
13. Click on the tile that corresponds to your chosen report.
14. Click on Practice if you are using the multiple practice feature to select the practice for which you want to generate a report.
15. Click on the Provider field to toggle between different Providers.
16. Click on the calendar icon to choose your desired date range.
17. Make your selection.
18. Click on the calendar icon to choose your desired date range.
19. Make your selection.
20. Click on Run to generate your report.
21. Review the report.
22. Click on Export to view the different options.
23. You can choose to export to PDF or Excel.
24. Click on Print if you wish to print the report.

Patient Demographics Dashboard: Displays patient information such as age, gender, and ethnicity distribution.
Patient Visit Report: Provides a summary of patient details including contact information. Can be filtered by practice, provider, ATSI status, and last appointment date.
Patient Immunisation Report: Lists immunisation records within a specified date range, filtered by practice or provider.
Procedure Detailed Report (Specialist Subscription only): Shows a detailed list of procedures by provider and date, including assistant contact details.
Referral Detailed Report: Displays referrals by referral date, grouped by provider. Includes referral type and expiry information.
Theatre List Report (Specialist Subscription only): Presents theatre lists by date and provider.
Prescription Detailed Report: Lists prescriptions by date, patient, and provider.

Appointment Dashboard: View metrics related to appointments and waiting room, including average waiting room times by provider.
Consultation Dashboard: View consultation-related metrics, such as the number of consultations per provider and the average appointment duration.

Payor Billing Activity Report: Displays payor invoice and item details, including invoice status.
Provider Billing Activity Report: Shows provider invoice and item details with invoice status. You can print the report for one or all providers within a practice.
Provider Billing Payment Report: Details provider payments by payment date, including invoice information. Printable for one or all providers within a practice.
Banking Report: Summarises total payment collections by payment type for a specific day, including cheque details for bank deposit processing.
Income and Item Code Utilisation: Breaks down income and item code usage by practice, provider, and payment channel.
Patient Income Dashboard: Displays income distribution by patient age, gender, postcode, and diabetes-specific age/gender segmentation.
Stock Level Report: Shows current stock levels of items.
Claim Payment Report: Provides Medicare and Eclipse payment details by invoice and payor. Filterable by date range, provider, and claim type.
Income Summary Report: Presents a concise summary of payments received and refunds issued, viewable by individual practice or across the entire tenant.
Refund Report: Lists refunds issued, grouped by provider and practice.
Provider Earnings Report: Reports provider earnings by payment date, including associated ERA/payment reports and manual transactions.
Transaction Report: Chronological log of invoice, payment, and adjustment activity.
Deposit Report: Displays all deposits created within a specified time frame, including their allocation details.

Patient Chronic Disease: View chronic disease data segmented by patient age, gender, and location.
Patient Social Status: Displays patient social metrics, including smoking status, alcohol consumption, exercise habits, and education level.
Patient Disease Frequency: Provides an overview of chronic diseases and lists the top 10 most frequent reasons for patient visits.
K10 Assessment Report: View patient K10 Assessment results within a selected date range.
AQoL-4D Report: Displays patient AQoL-4D (Assessment of Quality of Life) results by period.
Encounter Form Report: View Encounter Form results submitted by patients within a specific timeframe.
33. Please note that the Intelligence Dashboards is currently not accessible.
