This guide outlines the steps for accessing and uploading bulk scan documents into the system. It includes instructions for selecting the appropriate file, assigning a date, choosing confidentiality options, entering patient information, categorising the document, and confirming the upload to the designated section.

đ Accessing Bulk Scan Uploads
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Utilities.

3. Click on Bulk Scan Upload.

4. Click on Upload to upload your document.

âšī¸ Maximum file size: 20MB per file. Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, and PDF.
5. Select the name of your document.

6. This enables the document to display in the right-hand preview pane.

7. Select the date field to assign a date to the document.

8. If you would like to keep this confidential, please tick the box.

âšī¸ Please note that marking this as confidential will make it visible only to the user who selects this option. No other users will be able to view it.
9. Please enter the patient's name to assign.

10. Please enter a subject for this document.

11. You can select the sender of this document. This is an optional field.

12. Please choose from either Contact or User.

13. Type in the name of the Contact or User.

14. You can address this to a user. This is an optional field.

15. Type in the users name.

16. Optional field to add notes.

17. Click on File In to select where it will be uploaded.

18. Make the appropriate selection.

âšī¸ File In Options:
Correspondence: Selecting this option will store the document in the Patient's Record > Clinical > Correspondence IN.
Inbox: Selecting this option will store it in the Provider's Secure Messaging Inbox for review before being stored in the Patient Record.
Referral: Selecting this option will store it in the Patient Record > Details > Demographics > Referral section.
19. Click on the dropdown to categorise this document.

20. Make the most appropriate selection.

21. Click Assign to confirm and upload the document to the selected section.
