Overview
This user guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create tags and assign to patient records. Tags allow you to assign custom labels to patient records to help identify and categorise them based on specific criteria.

βπ Accessing Tagging
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Licensing & Features.

βΉοΈ Please note that this feature is considered a Standard feature. Premium Features are available at an additional cost. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you're interested in accessing any Premium Features.
4. Click the toggle to turn it on.

5. A pop-up will appear confirming the feature is now active.

βΉοΈ To disable this feature, click the toggle again.
π How to Create New Tags
6. Click on the tile labelled Tagging.

7. Click on Create Tag.

8. Enter in a Tag Name.

9. To set a colour, click inside the colour field.

10. Pick your preferred colour.

11. Enter a custom code for your tag.

12. Add a description for your tag.

13. Click on Save to confirm changes.

14. Review the list in the tagging grid.

βΉοΈ At this stage, tagging does not support reporting, search, or filter options.
π Deactivating a Tag
15. Click the toggle next to the tag you want to deactivate.

16. Click Yes to confirm.

βΉοΈ Please note that tags cannot be deleted. To re-activate a tag, simply click the toggle.
π Assigning Tags to Patient Records
17. To assign a tag within a patient record, click the sidebar arrow.

18. Click the Tag field to view the available options.

βΉοΈ This will show your active tags.
19. Choose the relevant tag for your patient.

20. Select the appropriate tag from your displayed active tags.

π Unassigning a Tag from a Patient Record
21. To Unassign a tag within a patient record, click the sidebar arrow.

22. Click the x symbol next to the tag name.

23. Click Yes to confirm the removal of this tag.
