Overview
This guide outlines the steps to access and view your published results through both the Home Dashboard and Clinical Records in Engage. Follow the instructions below to easily find and read your test results, whether you're viewing them from the Home Dashboard or Clinical Records section. If a result is not visible, please contact your provider to ensure it has been published to your Engage account.
This user guide was created using the desktop web version. If you are accessing via mobile or tablet, the screenshots may differ.

đ Accessing Your Published Results from the Home Dashboard
1. Click on Home.
2. Click on the Results tile to view.
3. You will be presented with the Results grid, where all results published by your provider will be visible.
4. Click the test name to view the result.
5. The PDF viewer will open, allowing you to view and read the result.

6. Click on Clinical Records.
7. Your available results will be displayed in the Results section.
8. Click the test name to view the result.
9. The PDF viewer will open, allowing you to view and read the result.
10. Click on View more to open the full Results Grid list.
11. Click the test name to view the result.
12. The PDF viewer will open, allowing you to view and read the result.
âšī¸ Your results are published to your Engage account by your Provider. If a specific result is not visible, please contact your provider directly to request that it be published to your Engage account.
