Overview
This guide outlines how to access and view your current and past medications using two areas within Engage: the Home Dashboard and Clinical Records. Follow the simple steps to locate medication details, including provider instructions.
This user guide was created using the desktop web version. If you are accessing via mobile or tablet, the screenshots may differ.

đ Accessing your Medications from the Home Dashboard
1. Click on Home.

2. Click on the Medication tile to view.

3. You will be presented with the Current Medications grid, where all medications published by your provider will be visible.

4. Click on the drop-down arrow to view more information.

5. You can view the medication details and instructions from this section.

âšī¸ If your provider has issued an electronic prescription, a 'Prescriptions' heading will appear along with a hyperlink labeled 'Click here to view your electronic prescription.'

6. Click on Clinical Records.

7. Your available medications will be displayed in the Medications section.

8. Click the medication name to view the medication.

9. You will be presented with the Current Medications grid, where all medications published by your provider will be visible.

10. Click on the drop-down arrow to view more information.

11. You can view the medication details and instructions from this section.

âšī¸ If your provider has issued an electronic prescription, a 'Prescriptions' heading will appear along with a hyperlink labeled 'Click here to view your electronic prescription.' Clicking this hyperlink will take you to your electronic prescription token.
All previously prescribed medications are stored in the Medications grid under Past Prescriptions.
