Overview
This user guide provides detailed instructions on how to publish a Clinical Action to Engage, both from the Activities Icon and from the Patient Record Activities Tab. The guide covers the necessary steps to ensure your clinical action is visible to the patient, including selecting the correct options, entering relevant instructions, and confirming publication.

π Publishing a Clinical Action to Engage from the Activities Icon
1. Click on the Activities Icon located in the top MediRecords header bar.

2. Click on New Clinical Action.

3. Complete all required sections as applicable.
4. Tick the Publish to Engage box.

5. The Prompt patient to book an appointment box will be automatically ticked when you select the Publish to Engage box.

βΉοΈ You can untick this box if the Clinical Action you're creating doesn't require the patient to book an appointment. The Clinical Action will still appear in Engage and be visible to the patient, but they won't be prompted to make an appointment.
6. Enter a description that clearly communicates any important instructions or notes for the patient to follow.

7. Click on Save to confirm.

8. Click the βiβ (information) icon to confirm the Clinical Action has been automatically published to Engage.

9. Select the Activities tab.

10. Click on New Clinical Action.

11. Complete all required sections as applicable.
12. Tick the Publish to Engage box.
