Overview
This guide outlines the steps required to configure White Labelling settings in the Engage Configuration section. This process is only necessary for customers with multiple practices. For single-practice customers, configuration is automatically generated based on recorded Practice details. The guide includes how to select a practice, update the reply-to email address, and save changes—ensuring your communications are correctly branded.
1. Access the submenu options by clicking on More in the Navigation Menu to expand the list.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Configuration Settings.

4. Click on Engage Configuration.

5. In the White Labelling section, type your chosen practice name into the Select Practice field.

ℹ️ The selected practice details will be displayed in the Engage Patient Portal.
6. Select your option from the list of populated results displayed.

ℹ️ Once you select your practice, all remaining fields will automatically populate with the practice details, sourced from the information recorded in the Practices section.
7. You can update the Reply-to Email Address if it differs from the one recorded in your Practice details. Click the “x” to remove the existing address, then type in your preferred email.

ℹ️ Any changes made in this section will not update your Practice details. To update your Practice details, navigate to Settings > Subscription Users > Practices.
8. Click on Save to confirm.

9. A pop-up will appear confirming that the data has been successfully saved.
