This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to respond to provider notifications, update your patient profile, and manage your payment methods securely. This guide helps ensure your patient record stays accurate and up to date with your practice.

π Managing Notifications
1. Click the bell icon to see your notifications.

2. Select the listed Action Required item.

βΉοΈ Any notifications that require your action will be marked with a tally on the bell icon and a blue dot in the Notifications list.
3. You will present at the To Do main screen.

βΉοΈ If your provider is requesting that you book an appointment, click Book Appointment to begin the scheduling process. If no further action is needed, you can choose to mark it as completed.

π Edit Your Patient Information
4. Select the profile icon.

5. Click on Settings.

6. Click on Profile.

7. You will be taken to the Primary Details section. Make the necessary changes and click Save to update your information.

βΉοΈ Any changes made here will automatically update your patient record at your attending practice.
8. Update your Secondary Details in this section. Click Save to confirm.

π Add Payment Details to Wallet
Payment details are only needed if your practice uses Stripe. Your card will be securely stored in your patient record at that practice and used for any consultation fees. The practice will should always obtain your consent before making any charges.
9. Select the profile icon.

10. Click on Settings

11. Click on Wallet

12. Click on Payment Methods.

13. Click on Add Payment Method.

14. Enter your card information

15. Click Save Payment Method to confirm your details.
16. A confirmation message will appear stating that the payment method has been successfully saved.

17. Select the three-dot menu.

18. Click on Edit.

19. Make the necessary changes and click save to confirm.

βΉοΈ To delete your card details, please contact your practice. They will remove the information from your patient record, which will also delete it from your Engage portal.
π Logout of Engage
20. Select the profile icon.

21. Click on Logout.
