Recording and managing a patient’s past pregnancies is an important part of building a complete obstetric history. In MediRecords, the Past Pregnancies section allows providers to securely document details of previous pregnancies, including outcomes and birth records. This ensures clinicians have the context they need to provide safe, informed care during current or future pregnancies.
This article explains how to view, add, edit, and delete past pregnancy records, as well as how to print or export them to PDF for clinical or administrative use.
