Getting Started with the Medication Chart
Navigation
The Medication Chart contains several tools and indicators designed to help clinicians safely manage medications during an admission.
- Change the chart view between 1, 3, or 7 days.
- Jump to today's date.
- Move forward or backward through chart dates.
- Select a specific date from the calendar.
- Show or hide ceased medications on the chart.
- Today's date is highlighted with a blue underline.
- View and adjust the patient's height and weight.
- Expand or collapse medication categories.
