An Unavailable appointment is a period of time set on a providers to be unavailable. This allows MediRecords users to create an ad hoc unavailability without having to reconfigure their sessions settings.
Create, Edit, Manage or delete the Unavailable appointment type the same way you would any other appointment type.
To create an unavailable timeslot:
- Click New Appointment, or click the timeslot to open the appointment form
- Click Unavailable at the top of the new window that appears
- Click Provider and select the user who needs the unavailable timeslot
- Complete the form with all required details
- Click Save to complete
The unavailable time slots have now been added to your appointment calendar.
