Reactivating an inactive patient record
In some instances you may need to re-activate a patient record so it is active in your system. To achieve this, please see the following steps.
1. Navigate to the patient grid by selecting Patients at the top of your MediRecords Screen.
2. Using the Filter on the far right under Status, select Inactive. NOTE: Your patient grid displays Active Patients by default, and this will need to be unchecked to display inactive patients only.
The Patient grid will now display inactive patients.
3. Select the tick-box to the left of the patients name and the Status option will appear. Click Activate.
The patient has now been activated.
