Practice Audit
The Practice Audit is a function of MediRecords that allows you to keep a log of Security or Clinical changes in the practice (i.e. who has logged in, who has created patient records).
1. To access this feature, click More and select Audit.
2. You will be brought to the Audit section of MediRecords. By default, it will show only your actions as a user.
The Filter button allows you to customise your view of the auditable actions kept track in this feature, separated by either User and/or Type.
User
My Audit: Displays all activity only done by you.
Practice Audit: Displays actions by all users in the practice.
Type
Security: Displays log in activity for users.
Clinical: Displays changes in clinical records (i.e. creation of new patients).
To view all audit changes within a practice (i.e. all user actions), click Filter and select Practice Audit.
To view activity based on time (i.e. Date Range), click on the Start and End Date fields. For the sake of example, we will choose 14th and 15th May 2018.
It will now display all activity from the 14th to the 15th of May 2018.
You've completed another MediRecords Tutorial. You should now be able to use the Practice Audit feature. If this is not what you're looking for, head back to our knowledge base and search for another article.
