Reporting Overview
MediRecords allows you to report on a variety of metrics related to the work of your practice. This can be an incredibly useful when you need to examine findings (e.g. how many patients were seen in this month? How many appointments were booked? How much revenue was earned in a certain period?)
For certain reports, you can customise the period of time that is looked at (i.e. last 30 days).
1. To access the Reporting function, navigate to More and click Reporting. Note: Only users with Practice or Integrated subscription can access this feature.
2. You will be brought to the Reporting screen with different categories. Clicking each button will allow you to view the different reports that can be produced.
Patients
This category allows you to generate reports on metrics such as demographics, visits, immunisations, procedures done to patients, or referrals.
Population Health
This category allows you to generate reports on metrics such as chronic disease prevalence/frequency, social status items (e.g. drinking, smoking habits), and/or assessment results (e.g. K10, AQoL-4d).
Business
This category allows you to generate reports on metrics regarding the Appointment and Consultation functions of MediRecords (i.e. average waiting time, number of consultations by a certain provider).
Audit
This category allows you to generate reports in regards to the Audit function of MediRecords which monitors the logging in/out information and changes to patient records.
Financial
This category allows you to generate reports on a wide range of financial information that is logged by MediRecords (e.g. income from items, patients, invoices charged by providers under the practice, or profit/loss summaries).
Accreditation
This category allows you to generate reports and information to assist you with the accreditation process of your practice.
