The AIR Claiming dashboard has two primary sections - Not Transmitted and Completed. Each of these sections will be covered individually in this tutorial.
The Not Transmitted section of the dashboard displays a list of all the vaccine claims that have not yet been submitted to AIR.

To search for an AIR claim, click the Search box and type in a keyword from the vaccine name. Press Enter and the system will display a list of the closest matches. You can also search by Provider, Patient, Batch No, or any other field displayed in the grid.
To submit a claim, click the Tick-boxes next to the names of the vaccines you want to claim, and then click Claim.
To submit all pending AIR claims in a single batch, click the Tick-box in the top-left corner of the grid to select all claims, and then click Claim.
To open the immunisation record related to the claim, click the Tick-box next to the name of the vaccine, and then click Open Immunisation.
To send a claim to AIR manually, click the Tick-box next to the name of the claims. Click More to reveal a drop-down list, and select Send Claim Manually.
Furthermore, you can also Accept and Confirm the Claim if certain conditions are met for example if the status is Failed. This will give the user the option to correct the claim and resubmit (using the existing ‘Claim’ button) OR Users can send the confirmation request to confirm the patient data is already correct by clicking on the Accept & Confirm button.
If the claiming form needs to be printed and sent to AIR manually, the claim can be printed by ticking it and then clicking Print.
To delete a claim, click the Tick-box next to the names, click More to reveal a drop-down list, and click Delete.

NOTE: The View Submission Report provides detailed information on the status of each claim, including whether it has been received by Medicare, whether it is being processed, and whether it has been paid or denied. It can also provide information on the reason for any denials or rejections of claims, allowing providers to take corrective action as needed. In the Not Transmitted column, this is where you can see failed claims and it tells you why it is failed. In the Completed column, this is where you can view the details of the claim.
