How to Create a New Patient Record
Follow these steps to add a New Patient:
*Note: To create a new patient, you only need to complete the mandatory fields within the Demographics section. If you do not want to enter in any additional information, keeping clicking Next until the green button becomes Save, and then click the Save button to finish creating the new patient record.
Click on the Patients menu, then click New Patient.
This will open an empty Patient Demographics screen.
Complete all required fields in the Demographics section. When you are finished, click Next to proceed to the Social section.
Update the Social section with any required details. Click Next to proceed.
Update the Tobacco section with any required details. Click Next to proceed.
Update the Alcohol section with any required details. Click Next to proceed.
Update the Family History form with any required details. Click Next to proceed.

Update the Settings section with any required details. Click Next/Save to complete.
The new patient record has now been successfully added.
