How to View and Export Patient's Past and Future Appointments?

This article will cover how to view a patient's appointment history and future appointments from the appointments calendar, and how to export the current view.

To see a patient's last appointment and future three appointments at a glance, access the appointment hover-state.

For a more comprehensive view, click the Search Bar and enter a patient's Last Name, DOB, or Medicare Number, and click their Record from the drop-down list.

This will bring up an Agenda view of the patient's appointments between the dates. This is adjustable by clicking the calendar.

To view all past and future appointments for the patient, click the Tick-Box next to All Dates.

This will show a scrollable list of all appointments made for the patient.

To export this list to PDF, click the PDF Icon. This is available from any view in the appointment calendar.
