Sorting your Letter Templates by Field

Within Letter Templates, your templates are organised under various columns. Each column represents a field that can be used to sort.



Category
Displays the category of the template - there are four: Letter, Care Plan, Billing, and Migrated Clinical Images.

Name
The name of the template.

Type
Details the type of the template e.g. Health Summary.

Share level
Displays the privacy setting of the template e.g. Private, Practice, Community.

Rating
A rating system of the template by other users of MediRecords.

Favourite
Notes whether the template is saved in your Favourites or not.

Availability
Padlock icon which displays whether or not you have access to the template.

To sort, click on one of the columns. In this example we will use Name.

A sorted column has three states.

Normal (unsorted)



Ascending Order (e.g. A to Z)



Descending Order (e.g. Z to A)



 You should now be able to sort your letter templates effectively.
