Clinical Templates Explained
Clinical Templates are pre-built questionnaires in MediRecords that aim to cover common clinical scenarios e.g. general examination, or specific types such as cardiovascular and musculoskeletal.
To access Clinical Templates, navigate to More and select Resources.
Within Resources, click on Clinical Templates.
You will be brought to the following screen:
You can search for a template using the Search field. For example, we will search "psych". Enter the text and click the search icon. Alternatively, hit Enter or Return on your keyboard.
The following result will be shown. This will produce a result that matches your search term by name.
You can filter your view of the clinical templates based on the Active status.
To use a clinical template in a consultation, click on Today's Notes and click the Examination button. For this example, we will pick Psychology.
This will open the clinical template that you can fill out. Click Save when you have finished.
The template results will automatically fill out as shown in Today's Notes.
You should now be able to navigate to the Clinical Templates section, as well as use them in practice. If this is not what you're looking for, head back to our knowledge base and search for another article.
