Family History
MediRecords allows you to add the medical history of a patient's relatives to contribute to the completeness of their record. This tutorial will demonstrate how to use this feature.
1. Open the Patient Record.
2. Click on the Details tab.
3. Click on Family History.
4. Make sure the No Significant Family History tick-box is not ticked.
5. Click on Family History Details section and fill in the relevant fields. At least the Relationship and Disease fields must be filled in. Once finished, click Add.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.
The relatives' medical history has now been added to the patient record.
