Locating Claims

This article will cover how to locate any claim in the Claiming Dashboard.

To access the Claiming Dashboard, click Accounts, and Claiming.

Click the 3 Lines in the top right corner of the Claiming Dashboard page.

This will open the Search Window. By default all claiming activity will be shown. 

To locate a specific claim, you are able to search by Invoice Number, Provider, Claim ID or Patient Name, or alternatively use the Filter to narrow down the claims shown. 

The claim will then be shown with any reports that are associated with it, such as a Payment Report or Processing Report. Click on the Hyperlink to view the detail.
