Select the human icon top right of the screen> select Profile.

Go to the left-hand side panel > select Identifiers.

Ensure that the following fields are filled out.

HPI-I No. (Healthcare Provider Identifier for organisations)

System Configuration

Navigate to System configuration by selecting More > Settings.

Configuration Settings > System Configuration > Enable Tokenised Electronic Prescribing ticked (in Electronic Prescribing)
Practice Configuration

Navigate to Practice configuration by selecting More > Settings.

Configuration Settings > Select Practice > Left-hand side panel Select eHealth.

Certificate Alias Name and Expiry Date (this will auto-populate after uploading the NASH Certificate)

Navigate to Patient record by selecting Patients in the left-hand panel in MediRecords, and use the search top right of the patient grid to search for the patient in question.
