Under the Clinical tab, it's possible to specify where your consult or examination took place using the Rooms dropdown list. This is particularly useful in clinics where there are multiple rooms or treatment areas. (Note that this is for the site's own record keeping purposes only, and does not link to other functions in MediRecords e.g claiming).
Adding a New Room.
1) Firstly, go to More > Settings.
2) Click Subscription Details.
2) Click on Practices.
3) Click on the name of the practice you wish to add the room to.
4) Click on the Rooms tab.
4) Click the plus icon.
5) Type in the name of your new room. Then click Save.
Your new room should now be available in the Rooms drop down list in the Clinical window.
