It's possible to have MediRecords pre-set the type of appointment reminder you wish to send to your patients, on a per provider basis. Please note that if you use our online appointment widget, your provider's preferences must have this set to "Via SMS".
To adjust the appointment reminder type;
- Go to More > Settings, Subscription Details, Users.
- Tick the provider you wish to adjust, then click Configure.
- Select the Appointments tab, and change the Default Send Reminder setting as desired. Click Save.
