Q. My MediRecords page is blank, except for a few menu options. What should I do?
A. If you're experiencing unusual behaviour, but the other uses in your clinic are not, it's an indicator that it may be a good time to clear your cache. Click here to find out how to clear your cache.
Q. When I try to print a letter or other document, no print pop-out comes up. What should I do?
A. Pop-ups can be blocked by some of the 3rd party extensions you are using such as Grammarly. Once these are deactivated and you have refreshed, you should be able to continue.
Q. I keep getting an 'Access Denied' message, what does this mean?
A. An 'access denied' error usually means you don't have the security clearance to access this part of MediRecords. You should contact your Practice Owner and they can update your access if needed. Click here for more information on security settings.
Q. When I click the password reset link a blank screen comes up, why is this?
A. The password reset link must be clicked after you sign out of MediRecords otherwise it won't display correctly. Please sign out and try again.
