A. No you cannot edit a prescription. You would need to cancel and replace.
Q. I can't see obstetrics cervical smears for my patient, what is wrong?
A. Obstetrics and cervical smears only appear on a patient file when they are female. If you cannot see them then check the gender of your patient.
Q. I can't seem to e-prescribe, what is wrong?
A. There could be numerous reasons but first, check that the eRx identification number is entered under your details as well as the patient has a valid Medicare and IHI number. Click here for more information.
Q. Why is My Health Record not showing? It has disappeared.
A. If My Health Record has disappeared this could be because your NASH certificate needs updating or the patient does not have their Medicare and IHI number entered. Click here for an article on the prerequisites needed for My Health Record.
Q. How do I check that an SMS was sent?
A. To check that an SMS was sent to a patient go to Activities > Tasks > Filter by Open & Completed > Remove the Assignee in Filter and click Reminder & SMS on Demand
