Q. Why am I receiving an error saying attach referral when there is one attached?
A. Even though you have attached the referral you still need to tick yes on 'Include referral to Medicare Billing'. This can be found in Preferences > Invoices > Include referral to Medicare Billing.
Q. What does historical price unavailable mean?
A. This error means that the item you are trying to charge is not currently in the schedule and/or is not available at the time of billing.
Q. Why can't I bill to a patient's Private Health Insurer?
A. Sometimes you might be unable to bill to a patient's private health insurer if the insurer is not entered into the patient's file under Details > Settings > Private Health Insurance.
Q. If I delete an invoice does this delete the claim as well?
A. Just because you delete an invoice this does not mean the claim was automatically deleted. For bulk-billed and Medicare claims you will need to contact Medicare but for patient direct claims you can delete the claim from the claiming section.
