If you are a Doctor or User who is supposed to have access to the Appointment Schedule or the Waiting Room, but can't see it, then this guide will help.
Your Screen May look like this (No Appointment Section or Waiting Room Section):
1. Click on Profile Icon, then click on Profile:
2. Click on Subscription, then either Change the Subscription Plan to either Practice or Integrated depending on what you've discussed with your Account Manager:
3. Select the Subscription Module you Fall under. Pick the same one you were on before when you were on the Clinic Subscription Plan. If you are Unsure which Subscription Module you fall under please Discuss this with your Account Manager. Please note changing your subscription can cause an increase in fees.
4. Click the I Agree tick-box to acknowledge the changes to your monthly subscription
5. Click Save to apply the changes
