If you are presented with an "E99033" error when attempting to send an e-prescription, it typically indicates that eRx has not registered your eRx ID against the MediRecords certificate thumbprint.
To resolve this, you will need to contact eRx support on 1300 700 921 or support@erx.com.au and let them know your eRx ID needs to be linked to the MediRecords certificate thumbprint. Be ready to provide them with your eRx ID, and Prescriber No.
Example:
"E99033 - Message was not stored because it is disabled or message type in exception list".
Any error beginning with the letter "E" is a direct response from eRx's servers, so eRx should be your first point of contact in these instances. If they confirm your ID is linked to the correct certificate thumbprint, please let us know here at MediRecords so we can assist further.
To check the eRx ID you have entered into MediRecords, or to add it, please see this article.
