How does my Patient Receive their e-Prescription?

The Doctor sends a token to the patient's device (mobile phone or email)

Once you have entered your prescription details and are now at the screen where you enter in any applicable authority number, Select Prescribe in the Right Corner, Then Select E-Prescribe and Print.

The Prescription will now tokenise, and it will prompt you to Select Patient Contact Details including whether you want it sent via SMS or Email:

The SMS and Email details automatically populate from the Patients Details however, you are able to enter in different details on this screen and they will not be saved on the Patient File.

The Doctors can also create a prescription on a legal paper script. These are called Manual Scripts.

Once you have entered your prescription details and are now at the screen where you enter in any applicable authority number, Select Prescribe in the Right Corner, Then Select Prescribe and Print.
The Prescription will be generated as a PDF file.


*NOTE: A patient can only choose either e-Prescription or a legal paper script. It can only be one or the other for the duration of its life, including repeats.
