If you are receiving this message when attempting to create an invoice, it indicates that this item number was not available in the schedule you have selected, for the service date you have entered.
The item numbers available in the MBS fee schedule are supplied directly to us by Medicare, so if the item number you are expecting to bill is not available, check the MBS website to see if there is an alternative item you might need to use.
