Web Services - Do I Need to Switch?

The short answer is yes.

If you want to continue to perform any Claiming activity (Medicare/DVA/AIR/ECLIPSE) with Services Australia, you will need to make the switchover to Web Services. 

Services Australia will cease supporting the previous Adaptor technology (used to access Medicare Online) by October 4th.
