There are four sections in MediRecords that MUST be configured prior to generating an eRx token.
- Provider Identifiers - Prescriber No, HPI-I No. and eRx ID
- System configuration - Ensure that Enabled Tokenised Electronic Prescribing is ticked (This will be ticked by default)
- Practice configuration - You will need to obtain a NASH P12 Certificate, HPI-O No. and PIC(Personal Identification Code)
- Patient Record - Title, First and Last name, Address, Gender and DOB must be entered. IHI No. is required to e Prescribe for a patient. If the patient has a Medicare card when you enter this into the record the system will auto-populate the patient's IHI No. If there is no Medicare No. (Overseas Student) you will need to manually enter this is provided by the patient or obtain it from HPOS. You will also need to ensure that ePrescribing is ticked located under EHealth in the patient record.
