It is best to confirm you have the correct email or mobile phone number. Once this has been confirmed, navigate to the medications section within your patient's profile.
- Tick the box next to the Medication you would like to re-send
- Select More > Reissue Token.
NOTE: This does not re-prescribe the medication in any form, rather it simply sends the patient another copy of the same e-Script.
