How do I check that an SMS was sent?

To check that an SMS was sent to a patient go to Activities > Tasks > Filter by Open & Completed > Remove the Assignee in Filter and click Reminder & SMS on Demand.

If the SMS appears here, it means that the MediRecords system has initiated it to be sent. If it has not arrived for the patient still this could occur due to their carrier or phone settings blocking the SMS.
