This article will show you the steps on how to restore a patient from audit when deleted.
- Go to More > Audit.
- Click on System Audit.
- Look for the Patient Record that you're trying to restore. Click the hyperlinked word (here) to restore the Patient record.
- Click YesOnce you click yes you will receive a prompt.
In some instances, we highly recommend you make the account inactive instead of deleting the patient record. To learn more about how to mark a patient inactive please click here.
