In this article, We'll explain why a claim hyperlink might not work as shown in the image below.
This can happen when the claim is viewed while logged in to a different practice from where the invoice was created, it won't be possible to click the hyperlink on the claim and be taken to Accounts > Claiming.
There's another indication that the user can identify whether he/she is logged in to the wrong practice. On the invoice itself, it indicates the name of the practice where the invoice is created.
In order for the hyperlink to be active, the user needs to switch to the same practice in which the claim was created. Follow these steps to switch to a different practice:
- Click the Person Icon
- Under Practice you can find a list of the practices > Click the Practice where that invoice is created.
Once you're able to switch into the Practice where that invoice was created, you will be able to view and click the claim hyperlink.
