If you encounter the error below when trying to receive an invoice, it is because your account details aren't correctly configured.
1. To Resolve this issue you will need to navigate to More > Settings
2. Subscription Details
3. Users
4. Select your user then Configure
4. Select Accounts then using the drop-down lists select information to appear here
5. Click Save once you are finished.
You have now correctly linked your practice accounts to a user. If when you clicked these drop downs there were no accounts showing, this means you need to set up your provider accounts. Click here if you would like to access an article that can assist in doing this.
