When does this error appear?
This error may appear when attempting to perform Medicare verification or a Patient's Claim.
What does this error mean?
This means that the patient's date of birth entered doesn't match Medicare records. You will not be able to submit a claim for this patient until it is resolved.
How do I resolve this error?
If the patient verifies the Date of Birth is correct, then Medicare has a different date recorded.
Patients must contact Medicare to correct it.
