How do I export a Patient Social Status Report?

In this article, you will learn how to view, run, and export a report for Patient Social Status.

This section shows patient social metrics like smoking, alcohol, exercise, and education status.

Follow these steps:

Go to More
Click Reporting
Select Population Health
Select Patient Social Status
Click on Filter, and select the name of the Practice from which you would like to run the report.
You can use the Custome Date and enter the date range, or choose from the suggested timeline filter.
A report will be automatically generated. Click Export, then choose from PDF or Excel
