How do I export a Patient Disease Frequency Report?

In this article, you will learn how to view, run, and export a report for Patient Disease Frequency.

This section shows chronic diseases in one view and the top 10 most frequent reasons for visiting.

Follow these steps:

Go to More
Click Reporting
Select Population Health
Click Patient Disease Frequency.
Click on the Filter, and select the name of the Practice from which you would like to run the report.
You can use the Custome Date and enter the date range, or choose from the suggested timeline filter.
A report will be automatically generated. ClickExport, then choose from PDF or Excel.

Now, the report has been generated and you can start exporting it.
