How do I export a K10 Assessment Report?

In this article, you will learn how to view a patient K10 Assessment Report, run, and export results by period.

Go to More
Click Reporting
Select Population Health
Click K10 Assessment Report.
Enter the Patient's name by typing into the patient name field. Enter the dates from the start date to the end date.
Click Run and the results will show.
Click Print, to print and click Export if you want to generate a PDF or Excel file.

The report has now been generated and be printed or exported.
