In this article, you will learn how to view a patient K10 Assessment Report, run, and export results by period.
- Select Population Health
- Click K10 Assessment Report.
- Enter the Patient's name by typing into the patient name field. Enter the dates from the start date to the end date.
- Click Run and the results will show.
- Click Print, to print and click Export if you want to generate a PDF or Excel file.
The report has now been generated and be printed or exported.
