How to Send Invoices via Email?

Follow these steps on how to send invoice using email on Demand:

1. Open Patient Record
2. Click Accounts > Tick the box if the preferred invoice > Click Print
   
3. Under the "Destination" section, select "Save as PDF" to download the results and Click Save
    
   
   
4. Go back to the Patient Record 
5. Click Clinical Tab and Select Correspondence OUT
6. Click Import and fill all required field.
   *NOTE: The required fields as follows: Set the 'Status' to 'Final,' select 'Any Subject and Details' ,choose the 'Billing' category, and upload the invoice files.
   
7. Click Save
