Follow these steps on how to send Investigation Requests using Email on Demand:
- Open Patient Record
- Click Clinical Tab
- Click the Letter Writer icon
- Fill in all required fields then click Save
- On the letter writer, Click on Letter then Select Investigations
- Select the template you want to use.
Data of the recent Investigation Request created will populate on the letter template selected.
- Click File then Select Save and change the status from Draft to Final
