How to Add a Facility in Admissions

This article will show you how to add a Facility.

1. Click on Find/Add Patient

2. Type in the Last Name, First Name, DOB, or Patient Identifier and click Search.

3. Click on the (+) icon and select whether the admission is Planned, Urgent, or Emergency. 

4. Fill out the Registration Form with the required fields.

5. Select the Facility from the drop-down list and click Save.

6. The New Encounter for patient has now been created. And status has been Admitted. 

7. You can check the Facility from the Admission History.
